The Time is Now | Stepping Into the New
Prayer, Praise, and Presence!

For the first time ever, Dragonfly Ministries is hosting a one-day event in Bonham, TX.

Since the birth of Dragonfly Ministries in 2001, we have each gone through a season of transformation where we have learned to lean into the Lord, listen to His leading, and grow more into His likeness. God has used this sweet ministry to open our heart, eyes, ears, and spirits to His presence through worship, community, quiet time, scripture, and prayer. Martha and I often say, if we were the only ones God birthed this ministry to change, we are so blessed He allowed us to be part of it and to be transformed through it.

We began hosting Dragonfly Ministries retreats in 2003. We took a five-year sabbatical from the retreat ministry between 2014 to 2018, sensing we needed to lean into the Lord for inner healing and to hear His direction for the days ahead. In 2019 and 2020, we returned to the original format for Dragonfly retreats, knowing the Lord was working to bring in something new. We have continued to seek Him and wait upon His timing to understand next steps.

The time is now. 2021 is the year of change for Dragonfly Ministries. The Lord says we have been prepared and now it the time to step into the harvest field, together, to glean what has been dropped by the wayside that no-one is harvesting.

During our one-day event, we are turning our eyes outward, looking at the harvest field, surveying the land, praying over it, inviting the Holy Spirit to come and dwell among these people. Asking Him to open the way for Dragonfly Ministries to saturate the land for Him. We will gather in the morning for a time of worship, a word from the Lord, and corporate prayer. We will enjoy lunch together, and then go to assigned areas,  in groups of 2 or 3, and prayer walk our assigned streets/blocks. Information will be provided for how to pray as you walk and any historical events from the area that needed to be covered in prayer. After prayer walking, we will come together to celebrate God’s work in the land and share dinner, celebration, and communion. Wouldn’t it be fun to replicate this in cities all around the United States!

Larry and Cindy Price from Glen Rock, PA, will be coming to encourage us with a word from the Lord about the harvest field. John and Susie Bell, with Healing Community Life, will also be here to lead us in prophetic prayer and worship. Erin Greever will be here to lead us in praise and worship. And we pray for many dragonflies to come from all over the nation to help us pray and dedicate the land and the ministry to the Lord for the NEW He is bringing. We are in His school of training and learning to work the harvest. I pray you will join us.

Theme: Prayer, Praise, Presence | Bonham Believes

Registration Fee: We will provide a continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all attendees on Saturday. We will accept a love offering to cover the cost of food and drinks.

Though it is a one-day event, Bonham does have overnight accommodations, in the event you want to come early and stay later to hang out with us! We will gather on Friday night for a time of prayer, praise, and presence and again on Sunday morning for the same!

Attendance is open to anyone who wishes to attend, regardless of gender or age.
